Delivery

UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We send all orders from London by Royal Mail 1st Class.

When we post your order

Order before 11am on a working day and we post your cards that day. Orders placed at 11am or later go out on the next working day.

Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.

Delivery usually takes one to two working days after posting. The estimates on our product pages and in your basket allow for weekends and bank holidays. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the United Kingdom only. If you need a card sent abroad, email harry@poprobincards.co.uk before ordering to ask whether we can help.

Sending a card directly to someone

Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we will send the card to them. We leave prices out of the parcel.

You can also add a gift message in your basket. We print it on a label and put it inside the card.

If your order is late

If your cards have not arrived a couple of working days after the estimated delivery date, email harry@poprobincards.co.uk with your order reference. We will help you find out what has happened.

Royal Mail asks us to allow time for delayed post before reporting an item as lost. We will explain any wait when you contact us. You will not be left out of pocket if your order never arrives.
