Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you buy from Pop Robin Cards. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Who you are buying from
Pop Robin Cards is a brand of Aion Ecom Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12038871. We sell handmade 3D pop-up cards and post orders from London. Contact us at harry@poprobincards.co.uk.
Aion Ecom Ltd is not registered for VAT. We do not charge VAT or issue VAT receipts.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy the cards in your basket. We take payment when you place the order. The contract is made when we email your order confirmation.
If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will let you know and refund it in full.
Prices and offers
Prices are in pounds sterling. We do not charge VAT, and UK delivery is free.
Multi-buy offers, such as “Any 2 for £10”, apply to the cards listed on the offer page. Your basket shows the discount. We may change or end offers. Orders already placed keep their agreed price.
If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding with the order. You can cancel for a full refund.
Gift messages
You can add a gift message of up to 150 characters to any card for the price shown in your basket. We print the message on a label and put it inside the card.
Please check names and spelling before ordering. We print the text you submit. We may refuse a message and will not print unlawful content. If we refuse your message, we will contact you and arrange a refund.
Our cards
Our cards are handmade, and small variations in their finish are normal. We try to show colours accurately in our photographs, but they can look different on different screens. Your rights if a card is faulty or not as described still apply.
Cancellations, returns and faults
Our returns page explains how to cancel an order, return a card or get help with a faulty or damaged item. It includes the cancellation deadlines and who pays return postage, and forms part of these terms.
Payment
Stripe processes your payment on its checkout pages. We do not see or store your card number.
Problems with an order
Email harry@poprobincards.co.uk with your order reference and a description of the problem.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. These terms cover consumer purchases.
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms and governing law
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes can be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
