Review policy
Every review on this shop is written by a customer about cards they bought from us. Here’s how we ask for reviews, check them and decide what to publish.
Who can review
Only customers can review, and only the cards in their own order. The review form opens from their order link, which we send only to that customer.
We ask every customer in the same way. We do not choose whom to ask based on the review we expect.
We do not write reviews ourselves, pay anyone to write them, or ask our staff, family or friends for them.
Nothing offered in return
We offer nothing in return for a review. No discount, gift or entry into a prize draw depends on writing one or on what it says.
What we check and publish
We read every review before it appears. We publish low ratings in the same way as high ones. A low rating is never a reason to reject a review.
We reject a review only if it contains:
- abuse, threats or discriminatory language
- personal details, such as a recipient’s name or an address
- spam, links, or text about something other than the cards or the order
- a review of a card the order did not contain
- a defamatory or plainly false statement about a person
If a single line breaks one of these rules, we remove that line and publish the rest. We say on the review that a line was removed.
Complaints and refunds
If something went wrong with your order, please email us and we will put it right. Sorting out a problem never depends on changing or removing a review. A refund never depends on a review at all.
Your name and your words
Your review appears with the name you give on the form and nothing else about you. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your information.
